Fluor substances in food packaging
In an extensive study, the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) has detected a number of fluor substances in paper and cardboard used for food packaging.
The detected substances belong to the group of (polyfluorinated surfactants) (PFS)), which are surface active and therefore used for water and grease repellent materials.
