Description

Shock-frozen lactose-free milk calibration standards for calibrating FTIR equipment. Four different product types are available. The calibration standards can be used as a set or individually.  

Matrix

Lactose free milk from cows (bovine)

Parameters The number of parameters with reference values is product-dependent. All four lactose free milk calibration standards have reference values for fat, protein and dry matter.

Reference Values

Reference values are in the following ranges:

Fat 0,05% - 3,7%
Protein 3,3% - 3,7%
Dry matter 7,5% - 10,5%

Accreditation

The calibration standards are accredited by DANAK according to DS/EN ISO 17034:2016, and the reference values comprise results from up to seven laboratories.
