Eurofins Scientific acquires GATC in Germany

Eurofins Scientific (EUFI.PA), a global leader in bio-analytical testing, announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire GATC Biotech AG (“GATC”), one of Europe’s specialists in DNA sequencing.
